Branksea Avenue, Poole. Full renovation and restyle of 1960’s 4 bedroom detached house to an Ocean Style 5 bed roomed deluxe residence.

Compton Avenue, Poole. Demolition of 1950’s 3 bedroom detached property and construction of a 3500 sq foot superior executive development.

Dudsbury Crescent, Ferndown. Design of two executive properties to replace a 1970 bungalow.

Subsidence

Complete Solutions work with a network of companies providing structural sections for properties affected by subsidence. Once the structural issues have been corrected, Complete Solutions attend to all the refitting of the property through its network of contractors. Complete Solutions can provide this service throughout the country.

Loft Conversions

Knowle House, Ferndown. Created a master bedroom en-suite and lounge with balcony in the loft.

Underhill Drive, Boscombe. Create stairs and board out a loft to a sea front property in Bournemouth.

Refurbishment

The Court House, Halsall. Converted a squash court into a 4 bed detached house.

Manor House. Bridlington. Refurbished all wooden flooring to extensive period farm house.

Marlborough Court, Bournemouth. Total flat refurbishment replacing windows, kitchen, bathroom and installing an en-suite in bedroom one.

Wooden Floor Refurbishment

Complete Solutions are able to offer a full sand seal treatment for all types of wooden floors in the commercial and leisure sectors with a special feature of ensuring limited down time.

Here’s an example:
200 sqm of the Energie Club in Dundee closed on Friday evening and reopened 2 days later Monday 6am having been sanded, buffed and 3 coats of sealant added. The client was delighted with the speed and efficiency of the project and, of course, the very limited inconvenience to their members.
