They vary from a simple loft conversion and domestic building to sizeable commercial projects for hotels and leisure centres.

How far afield does your service go?
Whilst our head office is in Bournemouth and we receive many commissions from the area and throughout Dorset, we also cover the British Isles and Southern Ireland.

Who manages the projects on site?
We have a team of very experienced senior managers who take responsibility for each project and will control the work from the initial discussions through to the handover.

Have you insurances in place for every project?
As members of the NHBC all our building work is fully insured. We also have comprehensive public liability insurance.

What about health and safety?
All our sites, no matter what size, comply fully with all the current health and safety legislation. We have an excellent health and safety record over many years of handling developments.

What is the typical size of a project you undertake?
Of course, projects vary in size and complexity. Typically, they range from £10k up to £350k.

Are you happy to work with architects and chartered surveyors?
Many of our projects are led by a professional practice and we are always very happy to work with them and develop a positive relationship. We will provide the benefit of our experience from time to time.

Do you provide any technical or professional services?
We work with a range of professional firms in every aspect of construction. We are always happy to introduce our contacts, where appropriate, to every client.

What is your record for completing projects on time?
We are generally considered to be very efficient and we keep to both agreed budgets and time scales wherever possible. We usually complete projects on time. If there are delays which frequently relate to either construction difficulties that could not be foreseen or in deliveries of materials specified over which we have no control. In these circumstances we always keep clients fully informed of the situation and the time implications.
